Biography
Jade Park is a professional trumpet player and a proud recipient of the Kovner Fellowship at The Juilliard School. Hailing from Australia, Jade is a dual soloist, proficient in both trumpet and oboe. She achieved the Australian Music Examination Board's Diploma, Licentiate in Music (LMusA) for Oboe at the age of 12, and LMusA with Distinction for Trumpet at 13. Jade's exceptional talent has garnered her numerous awards and scholarships, including the Barbara Robinson Prize and the Players' Award in the Ku-ring-gai Philharmonic Orchestra Secondary Schools Concerto Competition in 2022. She has also achieved international recognition, winning the Exceptional Young Talent Prize by Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition in 2018 and the First Prize in the Golden Classical Music Awards International Competition in 2019. Jade has performed in prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York and Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria. She was a finalist in 2024 Ellsworth Smith Trumpet Competition (Michigan) and will be competing as a finalist in 2025 Australian Trumpet Competition. Her dedication to music is evident in her artistry, making her a standout name in the industry.
